Biography:
Ron has been living and ministering in Chicago for over 22 years. His work has a strong emphasis on youth and children's ministry. Much of this ministry consists of holding Bible clubs in various localities, including the home base called "Freedom House". Evangelistic Bible studies, discipleship studies, visitation, Good News Clubs, Awana Clubs, and V.B.S. ministry are all important kinds of ministry that Ron conducts or oversees. Most of the neighborhoods where Ron ministers are largely Hispanic. Eight years ago the Lord led Ron to be involved in the renewal of a historic urban church named Cicero Bible Church. The church is in the process of being renewed with greater attendance, financial stability, and young men being trained to be leaders. Before moving to Chicago at age 36 Ron had formerly lived and ministered in Iowa.
